I've spent years growing Education, SOHO and Contract furniture manufacturers. Taking fledgling, struggling and thriving manufacturers to increased sales growth... and we have the numbers to prove it. We'd like to pass that experience along to you.
a little background...
Jeff Schreiner is CEO & Founder of JASchreiner Consulting, a national consulting firm located in Wind Lake, Wisconsin. The firm consults with manufacturers and distributors in the Education, SOHO and Contract furniture markets, nationwide. Jeff is also the Vice Chair for ED Spaces Manufacturers Council. ED Spaces is the leading support organization for schools, manufacturers and distributors.
Jeff interacts with hundreds of manufacturers, suppliers, schools and distributors through one on one consultation, webinars and product development. He currently holds several product patents and has been awarded multiple prestigious product design awards including NeoCon Gold, American Library Association Best Product of the Year and ED Spaces Innovation Award.
Serious hobbies include Professional Bass Tournament Fishing and spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids.

START.
It starts with a conversation. Give us a call and we'll discuss your situation. We'll send a brief questionnaire to get to know your company a little better. Then we'll dig into your goals, aspirations and challenges - and if it's a good fit, we'll draft a proposal that is customized to your situation.
ORIENT.
Once we've finalized an agreement, it's time to orient. This is an in-depth assessment of your business landscape - looking at your core competencies, sales goals, margin goals, budget, resources - all to develop a plan that addresses sales strategies for product development, market, distribution and sales management by geography.
AMP UP.
To amp up is to implement an agreed upon plan. It's the action needed to get you where you want to be. Our implementation strategy will be different for each company. It's geared specifically to the goals, aspirations and existing challenges ---- we'll have timelines, budgets and resource assessment for an efficient, timely and fiscally responsible implementation.
RESULTS.
Measuring results is critical. It allows us to tweak the process, smooth out growing pains, which you will have and that's a good thing. Knowing your results helps to determine your next steps.
